Greg Ingles

Founder & President

With nearly two decades of success feeding Chicago’s youngest set, founder Greg Ingles has earned accolades and trust from Chicago’s finest preschools and early education centers, and the families they serve. His passion: using the freshest possible ingredients to create nutritious meals that kids love to eat. Professionalism punctuates his reputation as a premier preschool catering and food service partner who can accommodate most requests. Ingles runs his company with the synergies of a symphony: precise, efficient & authentic.

Originally schooled as a trained musician, the discipline Greg honed studying classical piano - for which he earned his college degree - is a predominant skill he brings to the table as the head of his growing niche business. Ingles' warm personality and talent for finding and retaining the best chefs and operations team is a testament to his leadership skills. Remarkably, most of Greg's business comes from word-of-mouth from other happy clients. His company’s motto: “We love what we do!"

Ingles grew up in Lake Forest and graduated from Barat College with a B.A. in classical piano and music history. He currently resides in Chicago.

Chef Geno

Executive Chef

It takes a special creative mind to cook well for children and Executive Chef Geno earns an A+. His talent for thinking like a kid while cooking like a gourmet chef define his culinary style. Demanding the finest ingredients and freshest produce, Geno’s company kitchen curates mouth-watering menus of the highest nutritional value. He understands well the importance of fueling little minds and bodies with great food, most of which is locally sourced and harvested seasonally. Geno’s professional training began at the Carlucci Restaurant Group where he apprenticed under the tutelage of award-winning Chef John Coletta. Here he honed his expertise for 15 years running a high-volume kitchen before joining Food2You. Geno is a resident of Chicago.

Operations Manager

With his culinary expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence, John is the operations wizard of our company. Clients adore him for his sunny demeanor and gracious manner. John’s dynamic energy and consistent pursuit of the highest standards has helped Food2You win the hearts and minds of thousands of Chicago parents & early education centers. John holds a culinary degree from the Illinois Institute of Art and calls Chicago home.

Betsy, RDN, MHA, LD

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

An expert in the science of nutrition and dietetics, Betsy is a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), and directs the Food2You pediatric nutrition team. She holds a graduate degree from an accredited national dietetics program and is credentialed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. As such, she is required to complete ongoing professional development annually to keep abreast of the latest learnings in nutrition and dietetics education. Betsy approves all Food2You menus to ensure proper pediatric nutrition and to uphold all federal and state requirements. Betsy currently lives in Chicagoland.
