Originally schooled as a trained musician, the discipline Greg honed studying classical piano - for which he earned his college degree - is a predominant skill he brings to the table as the head of his growing niche business. Ingles' warm personality and talent for finding and retaining the best chefs and operations team is a testament to his leadership skills. Ingles grew up in Lake Forest and graduated from Barat College with a B.A. in classical piano and music history. He currently resides in Chicago.
